Specific engagements — projects, growth plans and hosting — are governed by the proposal or plan you accept, which takes precedence where the two differ.
2. Services & quotes
Quotes and audits are prepared in good faith based on the information you provide. Prices shown on this website are indicative starting points in Australian dollars, exclude GST unless stated, and may be updated from time to time.
Growth plans and hosting are billed monthly in advance with no lock-in contract: you can cancel before the next billing cycle at any time.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of content and materials you supply, for holding the rights to use them, and for keeping your account and hosting credentials secure. You must not use our services for unlawful content or activity.
4. Intellectual property
Once paid for in full, the website and creative work we produce for you is yours. We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise. Third-party assets (themes, plugins, stock imagery, fonts) remain subject to their own licences.
5. Results & no guarantees
We work to a measured, best-practice method, but search rankings, traffic and leads depend on factors outside any agency's control — including search engine algorithms and your market. We do not guarantee specific rankings or results, and we report honestly on what is achieved.
6. Hosting & availability
Hosting plans target 99.9% uptime with 24/7 monitoring. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside business hours where possible. Daily backups are provided as described in your plan; we recommend keeping your own copies of critical data as well.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law — including the Australian Consumer Law, which may give you rights that cannot be excluded — our liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to re-supplying the services or refunding the amount paid for the affected period.
