Where they started.
A template store that looked nothing like the brand, converted poorly on mobile and had no way to sell coffee subscriptions — the heart of the business plan. Email marketing was a monthly newsletter that nobody opened.

We built a custom Shopify theme around the brand, added a native subscription flow with Stripe billing, and set up Klaviyo automations — abandoned cart, welcome and win-back — so first orders turn into repeat customers automatically.
